Exchange and Refund Policy
1. Do you have an exchange or refund policy?
We understand that choosing the right color can be a little difficult when looking at a computer screen. We are happy to exchange your unopened MAJESTIX hair extensions purchased online for a set of the color of your choice within 15 days of your order. For hygiene reasons, we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn, or altered. No refunds, exchanges only.
**All accessories purchased with a discount code are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange. You may only return or exchange MAJESTIX professional hair tools if the item was purchased at regular price and a restocking fee may apply.**
All hair care products are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
***All MAJESTIX PONYTAILS, CLIPS & ADHESIVE STRIPS are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Can I exchange my order?
You can exchange your Majestix hair extensions order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and removed from the packaging within 10 days of receiving your order. MAJESTIX hair extensions are packaged with a special security seal that identifies if the extensions have been removed from the cardboard backing to which they are attached.
3. Why are MAJESTIX hair extensions non-exchangeable if opened?
Human hair extensions are hygienic products. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone; other hair extension suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
4. How do I exchange my hair extensions to the correct color?
You must first contact us at info@majestixextensions.com within the 10-day exchange period. All MAJESTIX hair extensions must be returned unopened in their original packaging or the return will be refused. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We will then provide you with our return address and instructions.
5. Do I have to pay for shipping my exchange?
You are responsible for all shipping costs and we recommend sending your exchange with a tracking number, as MAJESTIX will not be responsible for lost returns. Shipping fees associated with sending your exchange will apply.
6. When will I receive my exchange?
We will send you the different color hair extensions after receiving, inspecting and confirming that the returned hair extensions have not been opened.
